I can't use my gift Visa/Mastercard card. (e.g. Vanilla Visa)

The problem is that most gift cards locked to use in-country only, especially for online transactions. Please call support and ask them to unlock this card to use for all transactions.
Or go to their web-site and register your gift card.

P.S.
Vanilla cards doesn't work with our billing system. Confirmed.

Can i pay with PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

I ordered wrong product!

If you order wrong product and still not paid for Invoice, just
ignore it and make new order.

If you already paid, please open new ticket for Billing.

I have been charged twice on my credit card for the same order, what do I do?

While it may appear that you've been charged twice for an order, the pending item you noticed on your bank statement is actually an authorization. Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and the bank's billing system.

While you may see multiple pending listings in your account, only one charge will be deducted after the authorization is completed. When this final deduction occurs, the charge will be posted to your account as successful. We will not bill an account until we receive an approved authorization from the bank.
