How to block Apps to go online?

Windows 7 users:
a. Click Start button in Windows and type in search bar: Windows firewall
b. run Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
c. Select Outbound Rules
d. On right panel click New Rule...
e. Select Program and click Next
f. Click Browse and select Application file you want to block to go online.
g. Click Next, Select Block connection and click Next and Next
h. Enter any name(e.g. Block for Adobe Acrobat) and Finish

WinXP users:
a. Go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall
b. Now click on Exceptions tab
c. Click Add Program and add select Application file you want to block to go online.
d. Uncheck added application when it appears in the list.
